A three floor apartment for rent, in the 1st floor: A kitchen area and dining/living room with double sofa bed, and a small terrace with sea view. On the 2nd floor: Double bed (wooden slat bed frame) plus a puff for a 3rd sleeping accommodation for a toddler, small terrace with sea view and bathroom with shower. Finally the 3rd floor: A bedroom with two beds that can be joined into one double and a bathroom with tub.
The apartment is completed with a washing machine, oven, iron and ironing board, satellite TV, clothes drying rack, hand blender, pots and pans, new dinnerware, winter heating with wood burning stove. A fully-fitted apartment including the exclusive parking space, while the barbecue and the outdoor showers are shared with the other condominiums. Both the dining/living room and the master bedroom have a small sea view terrace where the beach is merely 100 metre away from the house, basically, you reach it by foot.
The Saline beach is at 1,4 km.
Within 5 minutes on foot you arrive to the harbour and the ferry that takes the route towards Saint Pietro Island (Carloforte), more pictures upon request.
