Summary: Outside was a bit run down trash was full from previous guest, and there were ants alot of ants I had to use home defense to get rid of them. Other than that I home was perfect for a family gathering nice open space to cook and socialize . Host was easy to communicate with. Small issues that can be fixed easily. I would stay again
