Sailfish 2 is a canal front, non-smoking and pet-friendly home with 3 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms. The home comes with 25' of Canal Space (Sailfish Canal #4), covered parking for boat/jet-ski trailer or at least one vehicle, ground-level entry, access to the community amenities (pool, fitness center, tennis courts, outdoor pavilion, etc.), and is within walking distance of the marina, restaurant and ship's store. The main floor is spacious and bright, holding an open-concept living/dining area with full kitchen and counter-seating. Also on the main-level is the laundry room, tastefully furnished deck overlooking the canal and Primary Suite with Queen bed, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
