Summary: For a business conference hotel the expectation of service level was not what we expected at all. We were very fdisappointed with the maid service frequency and the total lack of communication regarding it. We stayed for 4 nights and the room was only serviced after the first night. We ran out of tissues, complementary coffee and clean towels by the second day and when we requested to have the room serviced nothing happened and no explanation. Also although the rooms are quite large the design of the bathroom is atrocious. With the closet in the bathroom with no way to open the closet doors without closing the inward swing bathroom door that conflicts with the closet doors, and the sink. The bathroom is not big enough to comfortably dress in especially when steamy following a shower.
