Summary: The brief states that this property has a private entrance - yes but it does not state that it is on the 3rd floor - up 53 stone steps - NO LIFT. Really poor as it is unsuitable for older, albeit fairly fit, clients. It is a bit tacky especially the bathroom which has wall tiles on the floor - very slippery, not particularly clean shower area and a toilet seat that moves, cracked kitchen sink with no facility to leave washed crockery. Not at all impressed. It's location is pretty good, easy to walk to sights, over a cafe culture and restaurants. More information about baggage store facilities and other amenities around would be nice. This place overall is not value for its price
