Smart House is located on the second floor of an ancient building in the historic center of Rome, along one of the most characteristic and authentic streets of the capital. The building is equipped with an elevator.
The charming apartment is well furnished and finished. The entrance is into alarge living room, the fulcrum of the house, furnished with spacious leather sofa, two large smart TVs, dining room with oval table, refined upholstery and effect lighting.
Next to the living room is the well-equippedkitchen, complete with appliances and an abundance of kitchenware.
The sleeping area of Smart House consists of3 double bedroomswith new designer furniture, all equipped with closet, blackout curtains, large TV, heating. One of the rooms has air conditioning with wall splits, the others have portable air conditioning. Completing the apartment are2 shower rooms.
