Welcome to 30121 Seashore Park Dr. located in the Bishop's Landing community, just 3.5 miles from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk. This is a 4 bedroom/2 bath home with a flex room that can be used as an another bedroom. Additionally, there is a ramp in the garage, doorways are wider and the master bathroom has a wheel in shower for easier access. Guests may also use the bicycles in the garage, at their own risk..
When you enter the home, the French doors to your left offer a flex room with 2 twin beds and a tv. While not a bedroom, the flex room offers a comfortable space for 2 additional people to sleep. Down the hall to your right, the 1st bedroom with a bunk bed, a shared hallway bathroom with a shower/tub, and the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. This hallway also has direct access to the garage where there is a wide ramp for guests to use.
The large living room has a comfortable sectional couch and a large screen TV. The fully-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. The large kitchen island and adjacent dining area offer plenty of space for eating meals. The screened in porch is accessed through the dining area, and is the perfect place to relax on those warm summer nights.
The primary bedroom is located near the kitchen with a king size bed and TV. The primary bathroom is also large with dual vanity sinks and a spacious, walk-in shower. Enjoy your next vacation in this home in Bishop's Landing Community.
Bishop's Landing is located in Millville only 3.5 miles from Bethany Beach. The current community amenities include an Olympic size pool, children's pool, tennis facility, playgrounds, fitness center, and Club House. There is also a Bocce court in the community. The community also comes with a shuttle service that runs from the main clubhouse to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Guests are required to pay the prevailing rate and complete an application online prior to the start of the reservation. This property comes with 8 wristbands and 1 fob for entering the community pool. As per HOA, no additional bands or fobs can be purchased. $25 fee for lost wristband & a $50 fee for a lost fob will be charged to the Guest if those items are not returned on check out. The HOA is responsible for the cost and availability of any amenity in this community.

Sheet sets and towel sets will be delivered to your rental prior to your arrival. Guests are responsible for putting linens on the beds as well as removing linens and placing them in the provided linens bags at the end of the reservation. A Starter Kit is provided with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, a 3oz bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, and a 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
