Our 4-bedroom apartment is the perfect location to start your adventure! Located right on NOLA's famous Magazine Street, you can walk to a myriad of the city's most popular restaurants and boutiques. You'll also be about 10-15 minutes from the French Quarter and the Superdome/Smoothie King Center if you're in town to explore the culture of The Big Easy or see a game or show! We also own the neighboring apartment if you've got a larger group and want to stay together, just ask us!
Our four bedroom apartment has been professionally decorated and stocked with everything you'll need during your stay. Located right on Magazine Street, you're steps away from many of the most popular restaurants and shops in New Orleans!
While there is no dedicated parking for our unit, there is ample free street parking in the area. Parking along Magazine Street is metered and can be paid via an app, but parking on the surrounding side streets is free.

Per local requirements: This home is not ADA-compliant. This is a 2-story home, and there are several steps to climb from street level to access. There is a noise-monitoring device inside the home (as required by law) that measures the sound levels to ensure guests are not disturbing neighbors.
Guests will have access to the entire home and everything in it. The front covered porch is shared with the unit next door.

While some guests may have a car with them, there's no shortage of options for those that want to explore the area around the home on Magazine Street on foot. The St. Charles Streetcar line is about 8 blocks from the home, and there's a bus stop right on the corner of the property at Magazine & Cadiz. Additionally, there are always Ubers and Lyfts nearby for ride-sharing options since this is such a popular dining and shopping destination.
Absolutely no parties, please. Our home is not baby-proofed, so please use discretion when traveling with smaller children.
New Orleans is prone to hurricanes and other storms, sometimes outside of the normal season. Please note that we do not move, cancel, or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, road conditions/closures, travel cancellations, and weather conditions. If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, we HIGHLY SUGGEST that you purchase trip insurance or book closer to your travel dates.
Please carefully read our house rules below
1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their profile. Please do not remove your ID from your profile at any point during the booking process, or your visit. This will trigger automatic cancellation of your reservation.
2. Please be mindful of the neighbors sleeping. We recommend being quiet after 8:30pm (weekdays including Sundays) and 9:00pm (weekends).
3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.
4. Clean towels are a provided amenity. Plan ahead while packing, please bring extra towels if you or any of your guests anticipate needing more.
5. Smoking & vaping in the unit will result in a $500 deodorization fee. Please smoke outside of the property.
6. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. All rental platforms specifically ban parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and a ban from the platform.
7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.
8. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels. Makeup towels are provided for you.
9. If the space is left excessively dirty, $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.
10. This home does not allow pets. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 fine.
11. After you’ve read these rules, please send me a message with the words “yellow kangaroo”, it will let me know that you have read the rules thoroughly.
12. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.
13. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.
14. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.
15. Message us for long term stays.
16. All of our TV's are streaming, we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out. There is also cable TV, but it's only for local channels.
17. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know no earlier than a few days prior to your reservation date, and we will determine if it's possible. We are unable to confirm early check-in (or late check-out) requests for future dates. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge $25/hour for the additional booking time. This will also be in place for dropping luggage off or leaving your luggage after checkout time has passed. Payment will be requested through the platform after your additional time has been approved.
