The garage can accommodate two large cars and several bicycles, with additional parking available in the quiet cul-de-sac. Just a short walk (1.5 km), Rosais Beach and Briantais Park offer an exceptional natural setting with views of Dinard. Ideally located, the house also provides easy access to the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey via ferries from the port of Saint-Malo.
