Positive: Loved that is is on the beach! We stayed in the smaller cottages at the back of the property but it's only about 30 feet to the beach! Bed was comfortable. It's a small beach cottage, adequate for 1-3 people. Has a queen bed and a small futon sized couch. Appliances were available, beach chairs and towels were provided.
Negative: Could have a better place for the coffee pot, was just a little awkward to set it up. Some of the beach chairs (collapsible ones for the actual beach) need to be replaced. Just minor things.
Summary: We got this on short notice, it was a great price and a great location! Loved the beach access!
