As per Attachment 18 of the Broward County Short Term Rental Reopening Plan, Reservations will be terminated before the designated date if the property is used for parties or groups more than those allowed by the reservation. This violates local COVID-19 guide. We live in the main house of the property and will stop such activity immediately to avoid citations. If you have any questions, please do feel free to ask.

The BBQ is compound by one burner stove and a grill that can be used as an oven. Dining set seats 4 and has specific tableware for outdoors dining. NO glasses allowed here or in the pool area to prevent accidents.

Provided with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and clean towels (*but no refills on any consumable items*).
Bedroom
Queen size bed. Lots of drawers. You must access to the pool through the living room.
Living room
It has 2 platform full beds used as L sofa. Access to the pool through sliding doors.
The mattresses and pillows on each bed are protected for your safety with 100% Blocks Liquid, Dust, Bed Bugs Protector. Disinfected before placing clean bedding.
Safety & Cleaning
First aid kit, smoke & carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguishers in the Kitchenette and outdoor dining area. Strictly protocols from Florida Government are followed.
You can be assured that the space has been thoroughly sanitized prior to your arrival. We follow a strict cleaning and safety protocol for the protection of our cleaning crew and our guests. Our cleaning crew will always wear masks while on the property.
Pool & Cabana
Pool is 32 L x 15 W and 2 to 8 feet deep. Not heated.
There are 3 chaise lounge chairs, 4 regular chairs in pool deck & 4 wicker chairs with cushions. One dining set for 4. Three pool floats.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire back yard, pool, cabana, outdoor dining and BBQ
The main house entrance and any other door connection to, as the garage area as well, are locked and not accessible unless with owner authorization.
Guest interaction
We give our guests 100% privacy. We are on property in the Main house on this property, and available whenever needed. We will never come into the house or the yard (pool maintenance) without notifying you first. We will give notice before we stop by. Be aware that every other day we must care for the pool and water the plants around property.
We are fully available to meet your needs. We live in the main house of the property and can handle requests in minutes.
