SOAK-IN FLORIDA
Imaging splashing around in the sparkling blue, heated, salt water pool. While in the pool, feel the water crash over you tumbling from the waterfall above you. Thirsty? Swim up to the table and chairs to have a sip of your drink. Just want to relax, but be in the water? The “beach” pool entry is perfect for reclining in a lounge chair with your feet splashing in the water.
The pool area is outfitted with an outdoor music and lighting system, which makes day or night outdoors truly magical.
POOL

No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool or soaking tub.
The heated pool is set at 85 degrees from Nov to April. All other months, the heater will be off. There will be additional $50 fee per day if you would like temperature to be higher (up to 95 degrees) from Nov - April. For pool temperatures of 95 to 105 degrees, it will be an additional $75 fee per day.
Note that it can take up to 24-48 hours to reach your desired temperature. The length of time to reach temperature is highly dependent upon the weather.
There is no life guard on duty at Seabreeze Oasis, its owners and agents of the property, will not be held liable for accidents, pool-related or dock accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries.
Guests must sign and return the Pool & Rental Liability Waiver 3 days prior to check-in.
REFUGE
Too much sun? The residence is a pleasant refuge from the hot sun with many interior seating area options in the living room, kitchen, and dining room. There are three exterior areas to retreat from the sun as well in the tiki huts.
THREE TIKI HUTS:
- The largest tiki is equipped with a TV, a sound system, a seating area and a dining table that seats up to 10.
- The tiki bar seats up to 8 and is a bartender's friend with wet bar sink and ice maker.
- The third tiki hut is next to the outdoor kitchen grilling area and seats up to four at the table.
DRUGS
No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time at Eastview Manor Oasis.
MAINTENANCE CREWS
- Pool Crew
Each Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at approximately 8 AM - 12 PM, the pool crew arrives to service the pool. Service takes about 90 minutes to complete. Please do not be in the pool prior to or during servicing of the pool. Once they are done you may use the pool again. If the crew arrives and you prefer they do not provide service, you can send them away until the next service date. Please send Owner Kyle a note to that affect.
- Lawn Crew
Each Wednesday and Friday at approximately 8 AM - 3 PM the lawn crew arrives to mow and edge the lawn, and blow debris from the front, sides, and back areas of the house. You are welcome to be in the areas while they work, but be aware that it is noisy and somewhat dirty until they are finished. If the crew arrives and you prefer they do not provide service, you can send them away until the next service date. Please send Owner Kyle a note to that affect.
PARKING
The large driveway provides parking for up to six cars in front of Seabreeze Oasis. No parking on the street or lawn.
PARTIES & EVENTS
At this time, Seabreeze Oasis does not allow parties, receptions, or events. Please reach out to the owner for exception.
The home is located in a residential neighborhood. Local ordinances dictate no loud music, noise, or partying after 10 PM. While the neighbors are aware of our Airbnb residence, they aren't tolerant of excessive noise and partying.
By booking Seabreeze Oasis you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $500 and will subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
PETS
No pets are allowed at Seabreeze Oasis. Please reach out to owner for exception.
SECURITY
To help secure Seabreeze Oasis, and for your security, the front door and the parking areas contain outward facing Ring camera and lighting systems. We want our guests to be as safe as possible.
SMOKING
No smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is permitted inside Seabreeze Oasis at any time. Smoking and vaping is permitted outdoors, but please use provided ash receptacles for cigarette butts. There will be a charge up to $500 for smoking in the house.
TEMPERATURE
The first floor thermostat is in the hallway near the half-bath. The second floor thermostat is at the top of the stairs in the hallway. Fans are provided in guest rooms and the living room.
Please close the windows if you are running the air conditioner. We prefer not to pay to cool Florida!
TV
There is NO CABLE TV service at Seabreeze Oasis. Smart TVs are provided in many rooms and in some outdoor locations.
Use the remote to enjoy your favorite app for TV-type content. Log into your favorite TV app to watch Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube, Hulu, NFL, etc. Remember to logout of your apps prior to your departure.
NEAR BY TOWN
Only 15 minutes east by car is downtown Lake Worth. Its two streets of local merchants, restaurants and bars feels like old school Main Street USA updated from the 1960s in Florida style. A few more minutes east and there is Lake Worth Pier, Lake Worth Beach, and Boynton Beach. Benny’s on the Beach is well known for a great sunrise breakfast.

Seabreeze Oasis is easily accessible by flying into West Palm Beach (PBI) airport, about a 15 minutes’ drive, and the larger Fort Lauderdale International (FLL) airport is an easy 45 minutes’ freeway drive. Miami International (MIA) is about an hour away.
TRANSPORATION
Lyft and Uber services are readily available from your smartphone app. Taxi services is also available in the area.

BUGS & CRITTERS
Be mindful that Florida is considered a sub-tropical climate, warm and humid. It’s the reason you’re visiting right?!
As such, there are variety of insects, birds, lizards, and frogs that can call Seabreeze Oasis home. Occasionally you will spot an insect, frog, or chameleon in or near the residence. This is normal for Florida.
Insects should be removed. A frog or chameleon left alone will depart on their own. Take a selfie with the critter!
