Positive: Place was clean and fresh, awesome location incredible beach just 2 min walk away, bar couple minutes away. Flexible check-in time at arrival. Easy to find parking spots right in front of the house (in June).

Negative: Street is a bit loud, windows are good, but some noise still gets through.

Summary: Nice room in first row of incredible beach in Messina
