Summary: Stayed many times. Usually have better experience- this time the bathroom looked tired (rust, missing bit on shower) and it was very noisy. Waited quite a lot time for receptionist to check in - rang the number on desk (it wasn’t a late check in, but teatime) and it went to voicemail. Didn’t get expected bonus - drink. Overall underwhelmed
