Welcome to Village Des Pins located in Sarasota, Florida. Minutes from shopping, excellent restaurants, golf, and World Famous Siesta Key Beach. Upon entering our community, you will see a beautiful pond with fountain. Surrounded by colorful landscaping and various wildlife. You will see the clubhouse along with other amenities including a large, heated pool, spa, shuffle board, putting green, and barbecue grills. Beyond the Club House are tennis and pickle ball courts.
The villa has a King Suite, guest beadroom, two (2) bath full furnished, clean, comfortable, and private. One car garage along with screened lanai. The oversized master suite has access to the lanai, a king sized bed and 50 inch TV. Off the master is a full bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has one (1) full bed and one (1) twin bed. The living room and dining room space is a large open plan with vaulted ceiling. Dining has table seating for four (4). Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, and cooking utensils. Located off the kitchen is a breakfast nook along with a full sized washer and dryer. Wireless internet, local phone calls, beach chairs, coolers, towels, and umbrella are included.
