Luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 1,664 sq ft condo overlooking beautiful Anna Maria Sound with incredible sunset viewing from the living room and spacious lanai. Our amenities include a clubhouse with covered seating, seasonally heated pool, splash pad, playground and BBQ grills. Several amazing beaches lie just across the Anna Maria Sound bridge. There are abundant shopping and dining options throughout the area. Margaritaville Floriday's restaurant and bar is within walking distance from the condo and periodically has live music to help settle in to the island vibe!
***Please review all of our photo captions carefully. All guests have access to the pool just outside our building, with its clubhouse, BBQ grills, lounge area, playground and splash pad. Long term guests (more than 29 days) have access to the Beach Club on the residential part of our community. This includes additional pools, hot tub, fitness center, weekend bar with restaurant, and kayaks for the lagoon and Sound. Access to these amenities is strictly regulated by the HOA and cannot be extended to short-stay guests.****

Summary: We love the location. Convenient to the island without the congestion. The view from the porch is one of our favorite parts of the stay. A great sunset from your porch. The washing machine broke down but Brian jumped in so that it wasn’t a problem for us. Thank you, Brian!
