Summary: Staff was very friendly and supportive, I love Surfcrest. I have been many times with my family and my friends and everytime it is a lovely experience, always clean, set up on time, and friendly environment. A little disappointed this time because the hot tub was not working and the wifi was VERY slow (usual though), the TV barely loaded, but I also know that's not 100% their fault and I should've called ahead of time but it was a lovely stay and very peaceful.
