The kitchen has center island with granite counter tops and seating for four in this reverse style living space. Three bedrooms, half bath and laundry are all on the first floor. The home is located at the end of a private way in the desirable Katama area - just two miles from South Beach and the historical village of Edgartown, with lots of shopping and great restaurants. the bike path and Morning Glory Farm (an island favortie) are also close by. Whether it is a summer retreat or just a long weekend away in October, this property will feel like your home away from home.
A privacy fence divides this home from our lovely connected Edgartown Cape house(property #367264) which may be rented together to accommodate large parties up to twelve people. It is well situated and the arrangement provides much privacy for both parties, whether rented together or separately. Privacy of rental is maintained.
