Welcome to our modern sunny space nestled in of West Palm Beach! This sunny home offers easy access to amenities and attractions, making it the perfect base for your Florida adventures. Our living room is welcoming & roomy. Our kitchen is fully equipped and ready for cooking. The 1st 2 bedroom are just off the living room and have their own bathroom with a tub & shower. The Master Bedroom is toward the back of the house for a little more privacy and has plenty of closet space, natural light and its own bathroom with Rain Shower. The outdoor space is private and enclosed.
There is also a lot going on in the downtown area. We are about 7 minutes from the Intercostal pier, 8 min from the beach and just steps away from shopping & lots of restaurants in Northwood Village. The Square is the place to be for brunch, shopping or dining. Clematis Street is the club & Bar scene. There are several classy spots as well such as Spruzzo's Rooftop and plenty more listed in our Welcome Guide. Our relaxing outside space is shaded for your enjoyment. We have additional Beach chairs available for your beach days.

Summary: Sweet Citrus Abode is a treasure and we were loved staying here for a month to be in perfect weather. The house has everything you can imagine - appliances are new and have all the bells and whistles. We enjoyed taking walks in the neighbor and could even walk to Cuban coffee and happy hour whenever we wanted. The hosts were absolutely the best. They anticipated and took care of all our needs, and then some. Sitting on the front porch and watching the coconut palm trees sway was one of our favorite memories.
