THE SPACE:
There are three bedrooms with king (ensuite), queen, and two twin beds and another full bath. Restful sleep is so easy on one of our quality mattresses with luxury linens. Each bedroom has a TV, so no one misses their favorite show. Cable, Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus and ESPN are included as well. There is fast wifi to cut down on any pesky buffering. There is a dishwasher, washer, dryer with complimentary laundry detergent in unit – all conveniences of home right at your fingertips! Chefs will appreciate the well-stocked kitchen and great complimentary coffee after whipping up a yummy breakfast for the family.
We have all the amenities a child needs and are ready to welcome your sweet angel. Complimentary pack and play, baby bath, high chair, and changing pads are provided, along with toys for after mealtime play! Older children can enjoy a game of foosball or a robust board game with the family! Did someone say Monopoly? We know kids can be hungry after a long travel day. So, we provide complementary snacks the family can munch on until dinner plans can be made!
We have several amenities that make your furry friend feel right at home! We have complimentary doggy bowl for food and water, pet bed, toys, kennel, pooper scooper with bags! Your pet will love snacking on our complimentary doggy treat as they enjoy some fresh air and explore the back yard.

Summary: Our group was 2 families going to Tampa for Gasparilla Race weekend. It was a perfect location out of the way from race traffic but close enough to get there easily in the morning. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. If you’re a super light sleeper, you can hear the planes taking off but most of us didn’t even notice. The house was well stocked in the kitchen with appliances, dinnerware, pots and mixing bowls. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there and would do so again.
