Negative: The kitchen facilities were less than clean. There was only one useable cup. There was a small garden that was unusable because of the weeds. The tube in the bathroom is dangerous as it bulges in the middle and it doesn’t drain properly so you stand in water. IF YOU HAVE ANY MOBILITY ISSUES the 3 flights up to bedroom, then one flight down to bathroom and 2 down to first floor.
