Relax in our recently remodeled double wide mobil home. Spacious, open floor plan with large living room, sofa bed and comfy couch, 55” smart tv, dining and breakfast area, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator/freezer. Master bedroom with king size bed, 43” smart tv and private full bathroom. second bedroom with queen size bed, smart tv. Third bedroom with two twin beds. And second full bathroom. Large deck in the back and yard with beautiful oak trees.
Our home is located in nice, quite and safe neighborhood only 3 minutes from I-75. You’ll get to enjoy the entire place that includes front yard with deck, large deck in the back of the house with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy natural garden and beautiful oak trees that gives perfect shades in hot sunny days. There is pond full of fish, turtles and few frogs, lots of birds and squirrels that provides the best orchestra :)
Fire pit ,charcoal bbq grill, hammocks and couple of tree swings to enjoy the outdoors.

Summary: Upon arrival we encountered a problem with the water. It was orange, had air & the toilet would not refill. We called the owner. They sent a plumber who fixed the toilet. The owner then came out to fix the water. While he was making repairs, we had to cook dinner with bottled water we brought. Issues were fixed within 3 hours and we were minimally compensated for the inconvenience after our stay. Other things to note. Beds were okay, seating adequate for 6, TV worked, AC worked, & swings were nice (except a branch needs to be trimmed because one swing rope is severed). My son's feet were black after no more than 30 minutes of walking inside...gross!!! The grill outside had to be fully cleaned before use. Light inside fridge does not work. Ice maker did not work. Coffee maker oozed black liquid. Lid on lysol wipes was broken so all wipes were dried out. Light bulb over high top table was out. Voice door lock startled us very early one morning, making us think someone was trying to break in!!! All wood steps outside should be replaced. Chairs around fire pit should be trashed. There's probably more, but you should be aware of all this. I never had to write a review of this kind and we've stayed several places over many years. At least ask the owner to address these things if you consider staying here.
