The Space
This 460-square-foot upstairs apartment is centrally located in St. Pete, just a short drive from downtown bars, museums, and the pristine beaches of "The Burg." With easy access to I-275 North, you're minutes away from Tampa International Airport or Clearwater Airport, as well as local shopping centers and unique shops. Although situated on the edge of a commercial area, the property borders a small, quiet neighborhood. Inside the gated area, you'll find a garden oasis—a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle.
Guest Access
Guests can park in the dedicated parking space at the front of the property and take the stairs to the apartment. Upon entering, you'll find a small hallway leading to the left, where the bedroom/studio area is located, and to the right, where you'll find the kitchen and bathroom. There’s also an outdoor seating area next to the stairs, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening or sipping your morning coffee in the sunshine. Guests have access to the shared outdoor spaces, including a dog park and additional seating areas. If you have visitors, they’re welcome to park on the street. The unit features keyless entry, with a code provided on the day of rental.
