Summary:
Enjoy the amazing view of the Florida coastal waters from your own balcony! The Coquina Cottage on the Ocean is our renovated, 1 bed/ 1 bath waterside rental with a private balcony. Your so close to the water you'll be able to name the dolphins! This community is filled with tons of amenities including aerobics classes, yoga, a Yacht club with a full bar & grill, a fishing pier, 2 pools, a jacuzzi, a gym, basketball courts, tennis, and more!
Boat slips/ dry storage can be rented separately!
The Space:
Our beautifully designed 2nd floor (stairs only) cottage is a fully furnished, 1 bed/ 1 bath with a living room, dining area, full kitchen, and attached balcony overlooking the channel!
Upon entering you'll be welcomed by the coastal Florida design and airy, sun-filled atmosphere. The entire living room is hard wood flooring and an open layout, with a comfy L-shaped couch and coffee table positioned perfectly for the morning sunrise! At the other end of the spacious living area is a 4-chair dining table for family dinner or date nights. To the left is an open kitchen with granite countertops, a gorgeous breakfast bar (or cocktail table!), all the appliances (dishwasher included***), a coffee maker, blender, and PLENTY of cabinet space.
On the other side of the living area is the walkout balcony overlooking the channel. There's a 4 chair table set, perfect for supper while watching the sunset and the dolphins swim by. Looking to walk alongside the channel? You can just go down your backstairs!
Last but not least, the master bedroom. The master bedroom is a full bedroom and connected master bath, with a thick and comfy KING mattress, a new 50 inch TV & Fire Stick (not pictured***), and plenty of extra clothing storage. The bedroom leads into the master bath which is finished with a shower and a tub.
Guest Access:
Free parking for guests. Guest also have access to the entire community and its amenities. This includes:
- 2 pools (one heated - off the yacht club)

- The Yacht Club which has a full bar and restaurant

All the amenities are walkable. If you're looking to visit other areas in St. Pete or Tampa, we suggest bringing a car. Parking is free!

We're available to assist 24/7. In the case of inquiries requiring more than a basic response, our business hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 8PM.
