Welcome to THE DOLPHIN HOUSE- one of Pensacola Beach's premier Mega Houses! We have 6 full bedrooms and 3 cubby bedrooms with 6.5 baths that can sleep 30 in beds and up to 34 with futon and 2 sofas. Private pool and direct gulf view and access. The home is 5450 sq feet on 2 levels with tile flooring and 16 flat screen smart tv's through out the home. We have separate family rooms on each level that can handle large gatherings. The 2nd LEVEL FAMILY ROOM is 1200 sq. feet that has both Gulf and SOUND views and can be used as a RECEPTION or inside WEDDING AREA in case of bad weather. 5 flat screened tv's wall mounted for a great entertainment area are in this area as well. We have a huge kitchen area that contains stove/oven/microwave/2 refrigerators/2 dishwashers/separate ice maker/bar area. We have a custom designed kitchen table that sits 16 people and is a MUST SEE! The home contains a full laundry area with washer/dryer, each bedroom has own bathroom with 2 custom tile showers and 4 tub/shower combos,complete granite kitchen and bath countertops,ceiling fans thru out home, and leather wrap around furniture and custom decor in entire home. We have plenty of parking space underneath and a front driveway that can handle 20 vehicles. 2 covered decks with front of the home looking directly into the gulf with unobstructed views and beach just steps away across the street with easy access. WE RENT TABLES ,CHAIRS, AND AN ARBOR FOR WEDDINGS/PARTIES.

Summary: We are locals here but decided to rent for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect! I can honestly say that we couldn’t have picked a better house for our special day! Plenty of space for everyone and everything. The house was immaculate, and everybody through paradise beach homes was super friendly! We hope to come back again soon!
