The Downs Barn Lodge is a single-storey, detached lodge, within an AONB, sadly we have recently lost all of our re-homed battery chickens, but we are waiting for the next batch to be liberated. Adjacent to the owner’s beautiful home, which has featured in many magazines and newspapers, the holiday property is located in the heart of the Cotswolds, between the town of Stroud and Cirencester. There is an award-winning farm shop and café just a 3-minute walk from the property. Superbly located for touring the villages of the Cotswold Hills, Tetbury and Westonbirt all close by, and Cheltenham within 20 miles. Shop 1 mile, pub ¾ mile.

The building is heated by an air source heat pump.Children are welcome to enjoy the garden but are strictly prohibited from entering the rear of the garden marked PRIVATE and the lawn in front of the main house. They should be supervised at all times. There is a swing attached to a tree and it can be used at your own risk.
