A mixture of old and new, the Farmhouse has been lovingly restored, keeping many of its original features, whilst offering practical and modern facilities. It sleeps up to 8 guests in 2 double and one twin bedroom upstairs, and a luxurious double sofa bed downstairs in the games room.
The lounge is upstairs with plenty of windows to take in the spectacular views from both directions. It has an open fire, TV with full Sky package and comfy sofas.
There’s a large fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, built in oven and combi-microwave, dishwasher and Belfast sink with trigger spray arm. We have stocked the kitchen for all you’ll need to feed a crowd, including baking supplies, slow cooker, Actifry and Nespresso machine. There’s cosy bench seating and a small cafe table.
A separate laundry and utility room are next door to the kitchen, leading on to another downstairs room, which has a dining table set in the big window to take in the view of Easington Fell. This room also has a pool table, sofa bed, and shower room making it a diverse space to eat, drink, relax and possibly sleep in!

You’ll be charmed immediately by the Hayloft’s splendid views of the beautiful Forest of Bowland, wood burner and luxurious ensuite bathroom. Intimate meals may be enjoyed outside at the private terrace, inside overlooking the glorious scenery, or nearby at one of the many excellent local country pubs and restaurants. Privacy, peace, luxury, relaxation, enhanced by great facilities, make this a perfect haven for any couple. Please be aware that we accept pets at the Hayloft on request.
