Positive: The place is beautifully located. You are on a beach with great views. We did enjoy the fact that the bedroom was upstairs we knew about the stairs so there was no surprise for us.
Negative: The apartment is very used and old. It should be renovated asap especially the bathroom. The kitchen and some items should be removed and / or exchanged as they cannot be cleaned. The AC is so small and old downstairs that in summer it is impossible to chill the apartment- at least you can open all windows which makes sleeping possible.
