Welcome to The Melrose, at Silver Strand Beach. Enjoy beach living at its finest! Experience all that beach living has to offer in this quaint little beach community, which offers some of the most pristine, uncrowded beaches in all of Southern California. The Melrose is located on a quiet street, just a short 5 min stroll to Silver Strand Beach, Hobie Beach and Kiddie beach! Our beautifully curated home, offers four captivating floors of sunny, spacious living space.

2 parking spaces are provided. There is no street parking, however there is a free public parking lot, a short 4 min walk from the house.
PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE THREE SETS OF STAIRS THROUGHOUT THE HOME.
The first floor is perfect for anyone that may not be able to climb the stairs; however, in order to access the kitchen and living room you will need to climb one set of stairs.
