Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: This was my second stay at The Salt Pot after visiting in March. I cannot fault the cottage which is immaculately presented, very comfortable, extremely well equipped, cosy, and in a beautiful rural area. Rebecca and Alec have refitted the en-suite bathroom over the summer although personally I found nothing wrong with the original. The walk-in shower is very good and the sauna is a great way to relax after a day out walking. Would recommend for any solo traveller or couple.

Negative: Nothing to dislike.

Summary: Probably the best holiday cottage I’ve ever stayed in.
