Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: A truly wonderful place for a family stay! Comfortable, newly built, nice, clean and cozy. Every morning the parkway was cleaned of snow before we got out of beds. Wolfgang, our host, was very friendly and welcoming, provided ski adjustment tools, a pre-filled coffee machine and other things we asked for (including a hdmi cable). I wish more places were like Tischlerhof and hosts like Herr Trixl!
Negative: The only minor gripe can think of was a few kilometers’ distance to the ski areas we had to drive. Had it been summer and bikes rather than skis, we would have enjoyed extra distance ride from the mountain lifts to Tischlerhof. Not a drawback of the place per-se, just the location is better for some activities than the other.
Summary: A lovely place for a leisurely family vacation, especially if you arrive by car.
