Positive: Staff responded quickly and they were nice. Location is excellent.

Negative: The room was clean and matched the photos, but the furniture and equipment were somewhat haphazardly arranged, giving the space an unpolished feel. Some facilities, including the sauna and lighting, were outdated and did not always perform as expected (sauna not heating up above 50 C). Visible wear such as scratched floors, missing tiles, damaged wall corners highlighted that the property is overdue for maintenance or renovation. While not a bad stay, the hotel would benefit from updates to improve comfort and functionality. We had some issue with the TV service too.

Summary: After a renovation it can be much better
