Positive: Excellent facilities and excellent view. The owner was ai so very helpful. Also during the extreme heat there was also a refreshing breeze
Negative: Probably the 8 flights of steps as it was a top flat. But good exercise!!
Summary: A great place to stay and Binic-Étables-sur-Mer was buzzy and people were very friendly
