Located in the NorthEast section of Delray, guests of this Tropical Escape will enjoy convenience to the exceptional shops and restaurants on Atlantic Avenue & Pineapple Grove. As well as ease accessing the beaches on A1A Blvd.
The open floor plan allows for exceptional comfort inside and picturesque views of the outside. As you enter the front door, one of 5 entrances to the property, you are welcomed into the sitting/entertaining room with pull out tempurpedic sofa for additional sleep space. This quaint sitting room is adjacent to the dining nook with seating for 4. The kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and center island, is located on the back side of the dining area with French wooden doors that open to the expansive back yard.
Furnished as a 2 bedroom, the master with queen bed and private en-suite bath has both French doors opening to the West side Garden as well as a private entrance to the back gardens, pool, and outdoor shower. The second Eastern facing bedroom is also outfitted with a queen bed and entrance to back gardens.
The Lounge/Office is the only room in the house without direct access to the outdoors. Tucked behind pocket doors it's the perfect location to watch a movie on the 47-inch smart flat screen TV or allows a quiet environment to complete any work duties. High-speed wireless internet and a printer are provided.
The true draw to this property are the outdoor gardens, lap lane swimming pool, hot tub, meditation hut, large outdoor entertaining area with dining for 6, and outdoor lounge.
