THE SPACE
Upon entry to the unit door, you enter the vestibule. Within the vestibule is the washer/dryer. Further into the home, is the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (refridgerator, freezer, stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker, knife set, plates, bowls, kitchenware, silverware, and more). Behind the kitchen, is the first full bathroom. Next to the bathroom is the first bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin size bed.
If you walk out of this area, you'll be welcomed to the spacious living room with a double daybed and large couch. It's perfect for seating a large group. If you open the exterior door from the living room, you will be welcomed by the private patio with comfy seating.
If you walk through the living room, you are welcome to two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom.
NEIGHBORHOOD
The neighborhood is called "South of Southern," which is historically a Latina neighborhood, but is undergoing dramatic change as West Palm continues to grow.
It is walking distance to the Zoo and Dreher Park. Unlike the Northside of West Palm Beach, South of Southern is a safe neighborhood.
