Important information about this listing:
1. Parking on-site. LIMIT to 3 sedans per reservation.
2. The washer and dryer are at the house and free to use.
3. A propane gas grill is available for use.
4. The pool is maintained professionally weekly. It is outdoors in a pool cage. You can expect some dirt on top and at the bottom of the pool; it is impossible if you wish for an outdoor pool not to have any dirt.
5. The house is cleaned professionally before your check-in.
6. The exterior and interior of the house are treated monthly for pest control.
7. The HVAC system is serviced quarterly.
8. Trash is picked up by the County weekly, during the week. If you stay one week or more, you must bring the trash cans to the curb so they can be picked up on trash collection day. We will charge you $100 for the trash removal fee if you allow it to accumulate.
9. We provide two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, bed linens, bath and hand towels, some starter toiletries per bathroom, dish soap, and trash bags.
10. We provide some pots, pans, dinnerware, utensils, and some kitchen utensils and kitchenware.
11. We do not provide salt, pepper, cooking oil, or washer detergent.
12. We reserve the right to access the property without your consent in an emergency. For regular access requests, we will give you a 24-hour notice.

Guests have access to an entire house. No sharing with the host or anyone.
