The spacious home boasts over 4,000 square feet and has a gorgeous back deck with private pool, multiple seating areas, and gas grill.
The home highlights a spacious floor plan that is bright and airy. The rooms flow easily from one room to the next. The main living room offers a comfortable space to relax, and enjoy the TV or each other's company. There is a second living room, right off the kitchen and main living room, which make it perfect for multiple families/friends to spread out. The expansive kitchen features stainless steel and beautiful granite countertops. There is plenty of counter space and cabinets which make it easy to prepare a delicious meal. There are ample spaces to sit down together for a meal. Located on the main level of the home are two bedrooms, and two bathroom. The first bedroom is the master suite with a king bed and large bathroom. The master bedroom has a TV, and deck access to the pool area. The master bath features a double vanity, enclosed toilet room, jacuzzi soaking bathtub, and separate shower with dual shower heads, including a rainshower. The second bedroom, with a queen bed, also on the first level and has a private bathroom with a shower only.
On the second level of the home there are the remaining three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bedroom with a TV, and en-suite bathroom with a shower only. It accesses the second floor balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. The second bedroom has two twin beds, with a private bath with a shower/tub combination. It also accesses the balcony. And the last bedroom has two full-size beds, a TV, balcony access, and has a private bathroom with a shower only. The home is spacious, yet comfortable and private, to make each guest feel at home.
