Enjoy all the amenities of a private/gated golf & country club in this 1661 square foot Veranda style condo located on the 2nd (top) floor overlooking a small lake and the 12th hole of the golf course. Condo also within walking distance of a swimming pool. The condo features:
• 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and an office/den equipped with a Murphy bed.
• 1 car garage and parking space for one car in front of garage. Guest parking available
• In Unit Washer/Dryer & Central A/C
• Front and rear porch lanai with chairs and tables. The master bedroom and rear lanai have view of lake and golf course.
• The master bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV, 2 walk in closets, and a full bath with jacuzzi.
• The guest bedroom features a double size bed, TV, and a walk in closet.
• The office/den features a full desk and Murphy bed. This allows the space to be used as an office, or transform into a full time bedroom.
Naples Heritage features a private 18 hole, par 72 championship golf course which plays at over 6,600 yards and has 7 sets of tees to suit any skill level. There is also a driving range, several practice greens, and Clubhouse with casual and fine dining. The other amenities at this special community are:
• The 15,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse at Naples Heritage can handle more than 200 members for dinners and parties. A separate grill room and bar are also available for cocktails, lunch and dinner . In 2017 the clubhouse underwent renovations to enhance the interior and exterior of the Club Entry, Bathrooms, Dining, Grill Room and expanding our outdoor dining and fire pit area.The main dining room and the grill room surround an outdoor patio and all overlook the 9th and 18th greens with seats available at an above-ground fire pit area. Lunch is served seven days in season and six days a week during the summer. Dinner is served seven days weekly in season and on a more limited schedule during the summer months. Members are obligated to a modest restaurant minimum which is generally no problem because of the many social events planned throughout the year.
