The outside area offers a large deck area to sit in the sun or if you prefer to enjoy a meal or breakfast there is also a nice coverred portico with table an chairs, an extension to the inside living area!
Entering the villa the large living room with open space kitchen welcomes you into the large ground floor living area. Fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs slightly divide the living room but does not at all cut off the kitchen, so who ever is cooking is a part of the "family".
The master bedroom is also on this floor with a large bathoroom with ample walk in shower just next door.
Going up the wide staricase takes you to the "mezzanine" upperfloor area with a double bed, a sofa bed, more social space table and chairs, a second bathroom with walk in shower and the icing on the cake: a lovely roof terrace with amazing views over Lenno and the lake.
