The house is on two floors and consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living room / kitchen, a fully habitable basement of 35 square meters, 2 bathrooms, a garden of about 400 square meters. planted and with turf, 2 covered verandas, one of which is about 40 square meters, barbecue, outdoor shower, parking space. The house is air conditioned and fully furnished for 8 beds. It is equipped with washing machine, electric oven, microwave oven, 5 color televisions, satellite antenna, fans per room and the possibility of weekly change of linen / house for a fee. We rent for a maximum of 8 beds and pets are not welcome. We always rent from Saturday to Saturday:
* For each period of stay add € 90.00 for final cleaning
Rental conditions:
o Electricity, gas and water costs included in the rental price
o Security deposit to be paid before taking possession of the house € 350.00 which will be returned at the end of the stay except for damage caused
o Deposit on booking 30% of the rent
Balance of the lease upon taking over of the house
Final cleaning: the customer is required to leave the kitchenette, the fridge, the dishes and bathroom fixtures clean; otherwise a penalty of Euro 50.00 is required.
