Positive: The houst Pamela was great, she informed us about everything we needed to know and responded quickly when we reached out to her. The house is located at a very beautiful place and the view of Sassetta from the house was spectacular. Nice views from the first floor. Nice pool area
Negative: The rooms on the ground floor were very damp and warm. If you are a bigger group of people I guess you cook dinner together, meaning the gathering of people is together outside of one of the downstairs kitchens wich are just outside one of the bedrooms. It could be better if there was a bigger kitchen in the main hall on the ground floor. We didnt have enough wine glasses for the number of people staying, Pamela arranged that the day after. The brewing coffe maker took 45 minutes for making 10 cups of coffe! The diswasher was probably not cleaned for a while, we found seeds and "food" in the filter. When showering in one of the bathrooms on the first floor, water was always filling the bath room floor- only a fabric curtain is not enough.
Summary: Very good location, nice road trips to the sea, to villages, to wine tastings etc etc,
