Villa Crispinaisa modern and elegant three-storey villa. The villa overlook a garden facing the sea. The upper part of the villa is reserved to the owners, who live in the house. The owners, a friendly couple, will be available to help you whenever you need with all their discretion.
You will live your vacation in a unique residence due to its extraordinary panorama of the coast of Sorrento, which you can enjoy from the house.
The villa is located on the ‘saddle’ of a narrow range of mountains which divides the Coast of Sorrento from that of Amalfi, which will allow you to enjoy the Gulf of Naples with the spectacular cone of the Mount Vesuvius on one side and the sea and the Coast of Amalfi on the other. You will have large outdoor spaces with well-cared-for lawns rich in flowers.
You will be able to relax outdoors in the garden or next to the large swimming pool and have a panorama of extraordinary beauty before your eyes throughout your whole vacation: you will enjoy sunrise over the Gulf of Salerno in the morning and sunset over the Gulf of Naples in the evening!Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Garden
The garden is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. You will be able to reach it from the living room. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and refined, and include a sofa and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a double-glazed French door. The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are elegant and refined. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the garden and of the swimming pool. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
