The Olbia international airport is 80 km away. The villa is located in a very safe section in the center of the village, surrounded by friendly Sardenian neighbours which allows you to experience the local life all year long. The beaches are no more than 10 minutes driving away. Golf courses on the coast 1h away. The property is on three levels, with a total floor area of over 200 m2, plus two large sized (over 70m2) external terraces and great views of the mountains and some sea views. The outdoor space includes a covered garage. All 4 bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms.
