Villa Lentisco is located just outside the town of Marina di campo, 1 km from the beach, immersed in the green Elban countryside.
The villa has a very large garden that collects all the plants of the Mediterranean maquis such as rosemary, lentisk and cistus.
The house is completely independent, overlooking a charming pergola of generous square footage where it is possible to eat meals in its shade. A fixed bbq gathers the family for delicious outdoor dinners. The outdoor area is equipped for eating outside but also for sunbathing and relaxing on comfortable wooden deck chairs.
From the entrance of the house you enter the living room that serves as a conviviality room, from this you can access the kitchen equipped with an under-top refrigerator, 4 gas burners, granite countertop for preparing meals and an access to the outdoor part adjacent to the bbq. Also from the living room you can reach the master bedroom with access to the outdoor veranda and with its own private windowed bathroom equipped with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. From the living room through a door you can access a small hallway leading to one of the double bedrooms, the bedroom with the two single beds and the windowed bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
The villa does not have air conditioning, but being located in a cool part of the countryside, there is always recirculation of air in the evening.
The location and the view of the valley make this very quiet and cool, ideal for those seeking silence and intimacy, or those who simply want to share a vacation with friends.
