Positive: The location was convenient for visiting tourist attractions, despite not being on the doorstep of any of them. The railway station is walking distance and there is a free public car park next door. The owner was very responsive when contacted. The jasmine growing outside meant everything smelt fresh and fragrant.
Negative: While the location is convenient, the area has very little street appeal and few eateries. This place would suit you if you are out all day and then coming back simply to rest. The ambience inside the accommodation is limited.
Summary: Worked for us, but wouldn't rush back
