Positive: Centralised location, private parking, small garden. The beds were comfortable. Very clean and tidy.

Negative: There is no information in listing about documents required before check-in. Slight pest issue, but will be addressed by owner. Communication time for distant host could be improved. No dish or hand towel for the kitchen or regular tea bags. Could have done with a small draining board.
