Surrounded by a spacious garden of over 4000 square meters with olive trees, aromatic and ornamental plants, there is a large private pool 4x14 mt. depth 1.5 mt. with a Jacuzzi corner, perfect for cooling off and enjoying relaxing moments in complete privacy. it also features an original safari lodge tent with a game room (pool table, foosball, and ping-pong table).
The villa, which is spread across a single level covers 200 square meters, boasts elegant interiors with refined, contemporary design. These comfortable and welcoming spaces include a bright living room, a lounge with a TV, a veranda with a dining area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a bedroom with a French bed and a shower room.
