The Villa on the Cliffs of Punta Formiche is a single structure composed of several apartments, each of which directly overlooks the sea with a breathtaking panorama characterized by three faraglioni and a natural arch. Each apartment is equipped with all comforts: kitchen-dining room, living room, private terrace facing the sea, 3 bedrooms (for 5/6 people), air conditioning, two bathrooms with shower, TV, wifi. Bed linen and bath and personal hygiene products included.
The entrance to the property is electrically automated and the path, flanked by two rows of palm trees that welcome, lights up at night as it passes.
There are parking for cars inside the property, a laundry room, outdoor showers. For recreation there is a regulation bocce court, a barbecue area and a typically Sicilian outdoor oven.
From the house, after 85 meters, you will reach a small sandy beach suitable for children because the sea water rises very gradually and a rocky area with beautiful backdrops for more experienced swimmers. We offer our guests a two-seater and a single canoe free of charge.

Summary: A great spot for s quiet holiday with friends. Enjoy the peaceful uninterrupted sound of the sea each night and enjoy swimming, snorkelling and kayaking by day. If you wish to explore Baroque architecture, then Noto is only 30min by car or maybe drive the same distance to Marzamemi, a beautiful seaside town with restaurants to satisfy most pallets. The owner’s daughter Annalaura understands/speaks English and is friendly and helpful and as they live on site, it is very convenient. The kitchen is good with new fridge gas hob and electric oven and the open plan lounge living area is adequate for 5 adults. If the weather is acceptable there is a large outdoor patio directly off the living area. The views of the sea are great.
