Villa Romantica 17 is a delightful 4 bedroom property (sleeping 8) ideally located in the Flamingo Country Club resort, in the Adabuku area of Bodrum, Turkey, 15 minutes drive from the BJV airport. The villa enjoys wonderful mountain and distant countryside views, and you'll have everything you need for a great holiday with your own private pool. The popular neighbouring villages of Bogazici and Guvercinlik are within easy reach by car and the main town of Bodrum is a 30 minute drive along the coast. There is WI-FI.
The private, rectangle-shaped pool is surrounded by terracing with space to relax and soak up the sun as you take in the mountain views. There is also a BBQ area and seating; perfect for dining alfresco on those warm Turkish evenings .
Villa Romantica 17 is set in the Flamingo Country Club Resort with use of the onsite facilities and garden areas which are right next door to the villa. There is a tennis court, basketball court, giant chess and gym on site. The resort is just a few minutes walk from other holiday resorts, shops, bars and restaurants. Resort amenities include 18 shared outdoor pools, an indoor pool and childrens slide pool. There are several beaches with amenities close by, for example MyBeach and Sunset Beach as well as a smaller resort beach located at Royal Heights.
On the ground floor is a bright and spacious twin bedroom with patio doors opening to the pool terrace. This room has access to a shared bathroom. Upstairs you'll find 2 further twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room. There is also a further shared bathroom on this floor. The double bedroom has a set of patio door leading to the balcony, great to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee.
The living area is bright with comfortable seating, a smart TV and feature fireplace. Sliding doors open out to a covered terrace to the front of the villa private pool area.
The kitchen has everything you need for cooking up some tasty meals. A door at the back of the kitchen leads to the BBQ balcony and then pool area.
Villa Romantica 17 is a detached property, just a 5 minute uphill walk takes you to a small street with restaurants and a MIGROS supermarket. The local mini bus or taxi will take you into the small seaside village of Bogazici or further a field into Bodrum centre itself. The closeby village of Bogazici consists of new and traditional stone houses, a market place, cafes, a beach, and a small harbour and boatyard. The village grew to accommodate the fisherman and their families who worked there. Now several outstanding fish restaurants line the waterfrontand a laid-back daily life carries on while the fishermen continue their trade. Great for an evening stroll and dinner by the water. Or sample Bodrum town and its’ history and culture, wander round the old white washed streets and houses, have a laid back coffee on the beach and admire the boats or have a taste of the nightlife – something for everyone.
