An authentic village, driven by ancestral values, Armissan is home to quality viticulture but also looks to the future with strong respect for the natural environment.
Nestled ideally in the heart of the Massif de la Clape, Armissan is 10 minutes from Narbonne and 10 minutes from the sandy beaches by car.
My house is located in the immediate vicinity of hiking and mountain biking trails, with panoramas of greenery.
You can park your car on the plot just in front of the house.
It is built on a 500 m² plot fenced on the street side, and bordered by a landscaped slope / stone wall on the garrigue side.
The garden is equipped with a 5.00 mx 2.50 m swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and for children who can swim. The depth is 1.15 m. The water is treated with chlorine.
On the ground floor: Entrance with wardrobe closet Beautiful living room very clear, facing South / East and North / West of 53 m² consisting of: • a dining room with extending table for 6/8 people • a living room with TV, stereo, WiFi internet connection. • an integrated kitchen with 5-burner gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave. A bedroom with a 160 cm Husler nest bed (natural organic latex) with a large built-in wardrobe. A bathroom with large walk-in shower 1. 50 m x 0. 90 m, double sink. A separate toilet.
Access from the garden, utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs: a bedroom with two twin beds of 80 cm or a double bed of 160 cm depending on the composition of the family, built-in wardrobe / closet. A third large bedroom with a 140 cm bed, wardrobe / wardrobe. Shower room with shower, single sink, WC.

Summary: We stayed three weeks in Patrice‘s house and liked it very much. We found it very clean and with all things we needed for our daily life. Patrice and his local friend, who managed us, were friendly and helpful all the time. We loved the pool and also the barbecue, which was the first time we used one in a rented house. The beds were very comfortable and also the bathrooms are very new and modern. Very helpful against the heat are the electric shutters in front of the windows. Armissan is a nice village with a bakery, a butcher and a little store for everything. For larger shopping Narbonne is around the corner, as well as the endless beaches in this area. And last but not least the local wine tastes very well ;-) Thanks a lot Patrice for having 3 lovely weeks in Armissan!
